Refund policy

At PLAYTIME, we want you to love your GameBag. If you're not fully satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@getplaytime.co with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges Want a different colorway? We're happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@getplaytime.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately.
