Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Delivery estimates Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or stolen packages PLAYTIME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package is missing, email us at hello@getplaytime.co and we'll do our best to help.
